The Knowledge Foundation is a non-profit tax-exempt Swiss educational organization responsible for the design, development, deployment and ongoing maintenance of the global Knowledge Token® system and related Open International Standards (OIS) for blockchain technology in the field of education.
Swiss Federal Authorities have granted rare tax exempt status to the Knowledge Foundation in recognition of the foundation's charter to advance global education through the application of advanced and emerging technologies such as Knowledge Token®, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and blockchain.
